By accessing redfox.in, making a booking, or staying at any Red Fox by LemonTrees property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "We/Us/Our" – Red Fox by LemonTrees, operated by LemonTrees, HQ in Mumbai, India.
  • "Guest" – Any person making a booking or staying at our properties.
  • "Property" – Any Red Fox hotel, palace, or houseboat (e.g., Red Fox Lake Palace Udaipur, Goa Beachfront, Kerala Houseboat).

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or authorized deposit.
  • Prices are in INR, per night, and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment via secure gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, cards). We do not store card details.
  • Call +91 8920547181 for phone bookings.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM (early/late subject to availability & charges).
  • Valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, DL) required for all guests above 18.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 15 days before check-in: 100% refund.
  • 7–15 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund.
  • Festival periods (Diwali, Holi, New Year): Non-refundable.
  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Respect Indian culture, heritage, and local laws.
  • No smoking in rooms (designated areas only). ₹5,000 fine for violation.
  • No pets (except certified service animals).
  • No outside food in Royal Indian Dining areas.
  • Damage to property will be charged at replacement cost.

6. Services & Amenities

  • Ayurvedic Spa, Rooftop Pool, Yoga, 24/7 Butler, High-Speed WiFi, Valet – subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify services due to weather, maintenance, or force majeure.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for loss/theft of valuables. Use in-room safes.
  • Guests are responsible for their safety during experiences (houseboat rides, heritage tours).
  • Force majeure (natural disasters, riots, pandemics) may lead to cancellation without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on redfox.in (photos, text, logos) is owned by Red Fox by LemonTrees. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
